Carmel Dolev is an Agile Delivery Manager at Babylon Health, a London-based tech company that provides health services through a mobile application.

She used to be a software developer, but has since “crossed to the dark side” and now focuses on Agile coaching and program management.

Carmel is responsible for helping teams establish and maintain a culture of constant improvement using methodologies, processes and above all – healthy communication.

She also hosts a podcast, practices bouldering and is generally fond of everything related to cats.
