Marcus Wermuth

Marcus is working as Engineering Manager at Buffer, one of the most reputable fully-distributed companies in the world. His current focus is leadership and management in distributed companies and how we can build more psychological safe teams in a digital world. Marcus is also training to become a Coach with the Co-Active Training Institute. He writes about virtual leadership in FastCompany, mentors/coaches other remote supervisors, and facilitates international workshops about management in distributed teams.
